Complex geometries with full repeatability
Two state-of-the-art AMADA CNC press brakes, with the HFE3i-1704 (170 t and 4.2 m) as our flagship. Hydraulic sheet followers, AMNC 3i CNC control, 5-axis back gauge and patented deflection compensation to guarantee part-to-part repeatability in short and long runs.

Assembly and Testing
From component to finished assembly
Complete assembly of metal sub-assemblies and assemblies, integrating mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. We perform tightness tests and dimensional control before delivering the product ready to install.

Finishing and Coordination
Surface treatments under our control
We coordinate finishings and surface treatments with subcontractors approved by the end clients themselves. Same traceability, no break in the standard: paints, passivations, electroplating coatings and technical adhesives.
