01 Laser Cutting
Precision at industrial scale
AMADA REGIUS-3015AJe 6 kW fibre laser cutting for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Useful format of 3,070 × 1,550 mm and up to 25 mm thick depending on material, with linear motors on all 3 axes and ±0.01 mm repeatability.

02 CNC Bending
Complex geometries with full repeatability
Two state-of-the-art AMADA CNC press brakes, with the HFE3i-1704 (170 t and 4.2 m) as our flagship. Hydraulic sheet followers, AMNC 3i CNC control, 5-axis back gauge and patented deflection compensation to guarantee part-to-part repeatability in short and long runs.

03 EN 15085 Certified Welding
Structural joints of maximum reliability
EN 15085 certified welding with our own welding engineer and individually qualified welders. MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding on dynamic, high-responsibility products.

Complete assembly of metal sub-assemblies and assemblies, integrating mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. We perform tightness tests and dimensional control before delivering the product ready to install.

01 Driver cab desks
Metal structure of the driver's workstation, manufactured ready for the customer to clad with polyester during the vehicle's final assembly.
02 Electrical enclosures
Two variants: standard electrical enclosure and sealed enclosure with certified technical adhesive and rivets, validated through leak tests for demanding railway environments.
03 Body sides
Bodyside panels up to 13 m long, welded under EN 15085 with full traceability and tight tolerances controlled across the whole part.
04 Body frames and floor structures
Unpainted body structure including floor assemblies. A large-format welded assembly that demands 16 t overhead cranes and the workshop height few facilities have.
05 Underframe and battery boxes
Metal boxes housed beneath the vehicle frame, including battery enclosures. A structural product with strict tightness and ventilation requirements.
06 Railway component parts
A wide range of bent, laser-cut and mechano-welded parts that make up the breakdown of a complete railway vehicle.
